Welcome to Eternal Bliss Getaway. By booking travel services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be completed by the specified due date. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Pricing

All prices are subject to change until a deposit or full payment is received. Pricing is based on availability and supplier rates at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to the policies of the travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.). Eternal Bliss Getaway is not responsible for supplier penalties or fees.

4. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to an existing booking may incur additional fees. Changes are subject to availability and supplier policies.

5. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation. Eternal Bliss Getaway is not responsible for denied boarding due to improper documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Eternal Bliss Getaway is not liable for losses due to trip cancellations, delays, illness, or unforeseen events.

7. Liability

Eternal Bliss Getaway acts as an independent travel advisor and is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers. We are not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or delays incurred during travel.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

9. Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully during travel. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

10. Communication

By booking with us, you agree to receive communication regarding your travel plans via email at eternalblissgetaways@gmail.com.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

Cybersecurity & Third-Party Liability Policy


1. Purpose

and defines responsibility regarding financial losses or claims arising from technology failures, data
breaches, or network outages.

Applies to all digital platforms used by the Company, third-party vendors and service providers, and all
client data interactions.


3. Cybersecurity Measures
The Company implements reasonable safeguards including secure passwords, encrypted platforms
when available, system monitoring, limited data access, and use of reputable vendors.


4. Third-Party Systems Disclaimer
The Company relies on third-party systems such as booking platforms and payment processors and is
not liable for outages, errors, delays, or data loss caused by these systems.


5. Data Breach Disclaimer
In the event of a breach, the Company will take reasonable steps to notify clients when required but is
not financially responsible for losses, identity theft, or fraud caused by third-party breaches.


6. Financial Loss & Claims
The Company is not liable for financial losses resulting from technology failures, outages, or third-party
cyber incidents. Claims must be directed to the responsible provider.


7. Payment Security
Payments are processed through third-party systems. The Company does not store full card details.
Clients should address disputes with their bank or payment processor.


8. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for protecting login credentials, providing accurate information, and monitoring
accounts for unauthorized activity.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from cybersecurity incidents or
third-party system failures.
